Qigong is a combination of moving meditations, breathwork and movements that help stimulate the organs, balance the mind, emotions and body. It will help improve sleep and posture, help with pain management, and help to relieve stress enabling an overall sense of better health and well-being. It is the perfect complement to any exercise, giving you more focus, strength and clarity.
In Kim’s Qigong workshops, she incorporates a Sound Bath (no bathers required!), an ancient technology combining powerful vibrations from the Gong and other instruments. Vibrations touch every part of the body….a sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. It is an alternative treatment to alleviate stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, anger, and low energy levels.
